This concept was developed to create customized services for each client.  As a "middle service" company between our clients and their customers, it is important for our staff to have the same goals and ideas as the client they service.  At our corporate office, each branch is separated with dedicated employees to service only one account including a direct phone number/email for that client.  All offsite branches operate on the client's phone system or a dedicated phone system in order to appear as part of the client's operations.  All Nations Direct braches operate on software that allows an employee to view the records specific to that client or office.  Each client works with the same group day in and day out.  A Nations Direct staff member is available every hour of every day.  The "Dedicated Support Staff" concept creates personalized signing services for each and every client.
 
Nations Direct is pro-active in building procedures and processes that are specific to its client's needs.  We work hand in hand with the operations staff and most of Nations Direct's Branch Managers attend operation meetings with their client's employees.  As the determining factors between "Approval" and "Funding", it is our goal to provide whatever services are needed to expedite the funding process.  All branches include highly trained Nations Direct employees that are able to develop and deliver the procedures and processes needed to provide the highest service level possible.  Our ability to provide specialized on-site service to all our branches has made our signing services superior to any other company in the industry.
